  21. education/experience in natural language processing and computational 
  22. linguistics.  This individual should also be confident and flexible with 
  23. good initiative and analytical abilities.  Strong interpersonal skills 
  24. are a must.

  27. programming, lexicon development, information retrieval, statistical 
  28. analysis of text, team software development and support.
